Rating factors for directly buried cables

Can anybody tell me what derating factors to consider if we are having 2 layers of 30 numbers 11KV HT cables laid in tier formation one above the other directly in ground at a depth of around 1.2 to 1.7 meters.

ambient outside air temperature : 50 deg. celcius. derating factor at this depth : 0.96
