I grew up in Dillard until I was 9 and then we moved to Atlanta. Jim Dillard, Mr. Jim as I called him, was a good friend to my family and my parents' employer. I have tried to be impartial in what I wrote, but I cannot verify some things. Please feel free to correct or cite references to anything that I have written. The Dillard House holds a special place in my heart. I played there extensively as a child and I can fondly remember spending time with Jim, Earl, and Henry Dillard. Any mistakes are my own
