Inaccurate history

[edit]

The page says the group was formed after the rejection of a painting from Kandisky, dated 1912. Although the group did it's first exposition in 1911. I believe that information to be inaccurate.--62.28.170.216 (talk) 14:28, 10 March 2014 (UTC) RapsesReply

Shouldn't this article be a stub? It is very short and deals with a subject of at least greater importance.Katharina Simon 19:20, 4 Apr 2005 (UTC)

In an edit summary upon changing who loved horses and who loved blue, 71.106.90.12 wrote, (if you check Franz marc's work, you will see that he loved the horses.)

That may be. For the record... Bullfinch encyclopedia, though certainly falliable, states that Kandinsky had an enthusiasm for horses and Marc loved blue.

Uselessly vague

[edit]

"Even before the first exhibition, Kandinsky introduced the so-called "four square meter clause" into the statutes of the N.K.V.M due to a difference of opinion with the painter Charles Johann Palmié, this clause would give Kandinsky the lever to leave the N.K.V.M in 1911." Would be nice if the article explained what this clause was and how it allowed this split. User:Khajidha (talk) (contributions) 12:32, 23 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
