Factual error
[edit]The image is fantastic; however, I believe that the muscarinic receptor on the ECL cell is M1, not M3. Also, there is a discrepancy as to whether the cholinergic innervation of the D cell causes stimulation or inhibition (the one at the top implies stimulation, the one at the bottom implies inhibition).

I also think this is a very nice image; however it is unlikely that the same neurotransmitter (namely Ach) in the body of the stomach activates D cells via M3 receptor while in the antrum inhibits them via the same receptor. The truth is that the muscarinergic receptors on Delta cell are M2 and M4 and the effect of Ach is inhibiting Somatostatin secretion. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 138.246.2.115 (talk) 13:08, 16 August 2016 (UTC)
