"Rubble" winners

The URL given for the list of Rubble award winners was incorrect:

  "Errata for the 1997 Southern Fandom Confederation Handbook & History"

After a brief search I've changed it to

• http://www.smithuel.net/sfchb/hbp2rub.html#Page26a
  "RUBBLE WINNERS: If Life Hands You Sour Grapes--Try Making Whine: A Brief History of the Rubble Award"

which includes the winners from 1987 to 1996.

The Rubble Award is still being given (2009). If you know of a more up-to-date list, please add it, but the history link should be kept as well.
