Ceramic or mica capacitors

I believe the information under the picture "using mica capacitors" is incorrect and those are ceramic capacitors because 1) They look like ceramic caps, not mica ones 2) Never seen mica decoupling capacitors, and I designed electronics 3) Mica capacitors are available in small capacitances (picofarads), while decoupling ones like on that board are typically 68-330 nF

I agree with your surmise, even though it was me that added the picture to the article. We could ask User:Dmeranda who provided the picture and information, but he hasn't edited since January. SpinningSpark 17:33, 15 August 2021 (UTC)Reply
I uploaded the picture of the board for a different page describing an old computer. It's use on this page and the caption were not by me. However I do have physical possession of the pictured board if there is something I can check, or perhaps provide a more close-up picture. Dmeranda (talk) 07:27, 19 August 2021 (UTC)Reply
