Multiple Publishers/Editions
[edit]The book was originally published in November 2008 by a British publisher and then republished by a US publisher in 2009. Don't know how to communicate this in the info box, although I've included it in the body of the article. --Kegill (talk) 03:08, 1 June 2009 (UTC)
