[edit]Bishop David was known as 'the Scot' because he was initially tought at a Celtic Christian monastery ... an Irish monestary... on the continent. Merge proposal
[edit]I propose merging David Scotus into David the Scot. I think the content in David Scotus can easily be explained in the context of this article, as they are speculated to be the same person. - Support merge. Evidently the same topic/subject (same dates/content/etc). Recommend that David Scotus be the main/target article for the merge. With the David the Scot title becoming a redirect. Not least to reflect Catholic Encyclopedia naming ("David Scotus". Catholic Encyclopedia. 1913.). Guliolopez (talk) 12:04, 29 February 2024 (UTC)
