Where is the proof for his being a Swiss citizen? He is a German actor living in Switzerland. Until now, there has never been any publication stating that he applied for Swiss citizenship which he would never get automatically by just being born in Switzerland nor by just living there for a certain time. His father is German, his mother is French. For French citizenship, he would have to be born on French soil.
