This article does not make a difference between:

sanitization of systems and storage, essentially erasing bits
sanitization of sensitive data to make documents or datasets less sensitive, essentially removing fields, anonymization or pseudonymzation
sanitization of machine learning input data to protect from functional defiencies in models

Maybe this should be divided, or at least the different chapters should have contextualizing intros?
