Difference from data based decision making

"While data based decision making is a more common term, data-informed decision-making is a preferable term since decisions should not be based solely on quantitative data."

This makes it sound like it's the same thing, just a synonym. Shouldn't there be one article on this instead of two? Richard001 (talk) 01:28, 6 March 2017 (UTC)Reply
