- Vice Chairman - Part of the team to re-finance the 7-year Maricopa County Transportation Plan and reduce it to 5 years with no increase in taxpayer dollars or reduction in completed work.

- Initiated, Facilitated 17% reduction in Vehicle License Tax, 12.5% reduction in Corporate Tax, as well as negotiated Workman’s Comp Reform after 20 years of neglect.
