Hockton's 15 Goal Season at Crawley Town

[edit]

I've spent the better part of an evening looking for a source for the claim of a 15 goal year for our lad Danny Hockton at Crawley Town but only have found one newspaper article making the claim. Football stats sites such as Soccerbase do not credit him with any goals that season, or even place him at Crawley Town during that season. (I'm not going to get Good_Omens out of my head after this.)

I'm going to add the link to the article from The Argus to fill in the cite needed, but would appreciate the wisdom of footballer wikipedia on this one.
