"the ball won't spin". isn't that a Ariel Ortega quote?

No, it's a Passarella quote but the translation is awful though. It means that in the height of Quito the ball won't spin. It has nothing to do with the defenders. "implausible excuses" seems like a Weasel word to me, since it's backed by the Magnus effect. SncBlue 22:57, 22 August 2006 (UTC)
