Plagirism
[edit]I was doing some research and I noticed that all the info on this page is taken exactly from http://everyday.3yen.com/2007-11-28/danchi-lifestyle-again/ or visa versa while there is no reference that sates this. Shouldn't this be followed up? Gloryify (talk) 00:32, 6 September 2009 (UTC)

I am an employee of Village House Management and have disclosed my paid editing and conflict of interest at User:Ludgatec. Please add the following two paragraphs at the end of the “Regeneration” section, after the existing paragraph ending “activities for residents.”
- The Urban Renaissance Agency and MUJI HOUSE began the “MUJI×UR Danchi Renovation Project” in 2012. By 2024 it had supplied approximately 1,200 renovated units in 61 danchi across Japan, and the units were reported to be popular among tenants aged under 40.[1]
- A large private-sector reuse project began in 2017, when Fortress-related entities acquired approximately 106,000 former Employment Promotion Housing units across Japan for about ¥61.4 billion. The buildings were renovated and seismically upgraded for operation under the Village House name; The Asahi Shimbun described the converted portfolio as affordable housing.[2]
This adds documented public- and private-sector regeneration examples and directly supports the article’s existing discussion of younger tenants, seismic upgrades and affordability. I have intentionally left “Village House” unlinked because Draft:Village House Management is awaiting Articles for Creation review; a link can be added if the draft is accepted.
