First version of DOS/V

The first version of DOS/V is 4.05, but it was announced as IBM DOS version J4.0/V on October 11, 1990 and shipped on November 5.

I've never heard MS-DOS 6.0/V and 6.22/V. PC DOS J6.1/V and MS-DOS 6.2/V were announced at the same time, although IBM and Microsoft were fighting in the United States. This is because Microsoft Japan got DOS/V adaptation from IBM Japan. Darklanlan (talk) 11:10, 16 February 2017 (UTC)Reply
