The image shown is correctly identified as being an early printed version of Mathew Harris Jouett's portrait of Cuthbert Bullitt, but it is of a later relative, Cuthbert Bullitt (1774-1825) noted Louisville banker/businessman. It should be removed from the primary information for Cuthbert Bullitt (c1740-1791) as it is misleading.

According to E.C. Pennington, in his book "Matthew Harris Jouett (1788-1827), His Life and Work" (2020), p. 154, the portrait from which this simpler printed version was made, dates to c1818. This portrait can also be seen in the Frick Digital Image Archives here:
