Article in contradiction with Point bar

In this section Point_bar#Fallacy_regarding_formation_of_point_bars is written pretty much the opposite of what is saying here: "that the speed of the water is slowest on the inside of the bend (where the radius is smallest) and fastest on the outside of the bend (where the radius is greatest)" Can anyone help with this? --Jean trans h+ (talk) 13:08, 13 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
