Salvatore V and Waverider were also part of the Craft of Opportunity Program . They appear to have been chartered and returned to civilian control in the 1990's? Newm30 (talk) 02:21, 8 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

A magazine-book recently released by Ross Gillett stated something along those lines: that there were chartered vessels in addition to the purchased ones. I'll try to track down a copy and elaborate. -- saberwyn 22:16, 10 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

Thanks. The naming convention appears to replicate (honour) the chartered Admiralty class trawlers during World War I. Newm30 (talk) 01:35, 15 June 2012 (UTC)Reply
