Coup de chance → Coup de Chance – This entry was created in February 2023 as Coup de Chance. In June, its main title header was unilaterally moved to Coup de chance and, in September, it was moved back to Coup de Chance on the basis of the poster and then moved again to Coup de chance. Indeed, the French-language poster appended to the entry's infobox does use an uppercase "C". Also, among the 25 inline cites under Coup de chance#References, nearly all use "Chance", rather than "chance". Thus, it would appear that, in the English-speaking world, this film's generally accepted title is Coup de Chance. — Roman Spinner (talk • contribs) 18:16, 12 May 2026 (UTC)

I don't think MOS:FRENCHCAPS should override MOS:FOREIGNTITLE and – more importantly – WP:COMMONNAME in this case. The film was written, directed and produced by Allen and other Americans. They chose the usual American capitalization for the title. Almost all sources use the uppercase "Chance". — Chrisahn (talk) 14:02, 13 May 2026 (UTC)
