Quick note from the original article writer:

I've read the comments in the deletion thread and felt I should refute the "very adspam" comment that one user made -- the article describes what the company is and what product it makes, as briefly as possible and without using ad-type adjectives. The facts it presents are easily verifiable through the master NCR website at ncr.com or the Copient website at copienttech.com. Also, merging the article with the main NCR entry might be inconsistent since the other major division of the company, Teradata, has its own article (and like Copient it was an independent corporation, and continues to act in some ways as a discrete company). Thanks for your interest!
