Hi, all!

I started writing this article today. I intend to include a section on elementary results, a section on positive definite cf's, and (eventually) sections on relationships between certain cf's and certain definite integrals.

Unfamiliar symbol in formula

The section headed ″The special case when period k = 1" contains the formula

$x={\underset {1}{\overset {\infty }{\mathrm {K} }}}{\frac {a}{b}},\,$

An explanation of the symbol K would improve intelligibility Ian S (talk) 11:33, 17 September 2011 (UTC)
