Normal Cost Pricing

[edit]

This sounds an awful lot like normal cost pricing. Does anyone know why we are calling it "contribution margin-based pricing."? Either really works I suppose but I am somewhat confused as I have only heard it called "normal cost." Any thoughts? MHP Huck (talk) 00:28, 24 April 2015 (UTC) A: Normal costing uses a set profit margin. This is totally different. This article literally helped me make my company millions of dollars. 21 April 2021Reply

Other

One example is the shortage of production capacity, reducing the time needed for production, is included as a key determinant in the bill [1]. "  Preceding unsigned comment added by Ansgarjohn (talkcontribs) 23:12, 19 January 2011

Name Contribution Profit

[edit]

the name could be Contribution Profit instead of margin to denote that it is about dollars. Ansgarjohn (talk) 07:17, 15 October 2025 (UTC)Reply
