I completely agree it's a mess. I'm not up-to-date on how concerted evolution really works, and I'm really an evolutionary biologist and not a real molecular geneticist. I don't like the term ribosomal DNA. Ribosomes contain RNA not DNA, so the correct term would be ribosomal RNA genes. 194.94.219.248 (talk) 10:46, 9 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
