California Research Corporation

Hi. The History paragraph makes mention of a "California Research Corporation" :

CUC's first project was a program written for California Research Corporation to simulate the flow of oil.^[1]

Trying to find a link to it, I've found instead the California Resources Corporation which might be a good candidate as it is "a petroleum and natural gas exploration and production company".
