Scope
[edit]It looks like someone started this with a specific program in mind. When I search for more info on CBC, I am seeing a lot about aging care and other health interventions, not (just) foster care. There are obvious POV issues (multiple sections on advantages, none on disadvantages), poor organization, and inconsistent formatting... a lot of fleshing out to do!
