Just to explain a few of the edits I performed;
This article was written prior to any trial of the suspect. It therefore needs to be very careful about suggesting that any of alleged actions are accepted fact or that any guilt has been established.
While sources may be in a position to speculate about what happened, what might happen and report what unidentified people may have said, Wikipedia should not.
The article needs to present things with a neutral, encyclopaedic tone. So emotive words like 'rampage' and 'distraught' should be avoided.
I don't know if any are available, but it would be excellent if there were English language sources were cited.
