Disambiguation page necessary?

I'm not sure a disambiguation page was really necessary at this point since the only other link is to an article that doesn't exist yet.

However, I understand that Commonwealth Avenue isn't merely a Boston thing, so if this helps people understand that, then I guess it's the right way to go.
