The opening paragraph is a close paraphrase of its source. For example:

source: "The combination of a high concentration of exports and the large share of commodities in those exports has important implications for development."

article: "The combination of a high concentration of exports and a high proportion of commodities in those exports has significant development implications."

The Earwig rating is 30%, which seems too high.
