Canadian Coffee Milk - Origin, Regina, Saskatchewan

[edit]

Has anyone heard of the term coffee-milk, used as an alternate to coffee-creamer? It appears to be a local term in Regina, Saskatchewan. ~2026-78125-3 (talk) 19:37, 4 February 2026 (UTC)Reply

I'm from Regina, Saskatchewan and I exclusively use the term Coffee-milk when adding dairy to my coffee. Is that not the standard? ~2026-21631-57 (talk) 15:58, 8 April 2026 (UTC)Reply
I too have heard this term used as a substitution for coffee creamer. The person on the call was located in Emerald Park, Saskatchewan but I believe they live in Regina, Saskatchewan. ~2026-21672-54 (talk) 15:58, 8 April 2026 (UTC)Reply

Could be, but Wikipedia articles are about subjects rather than terms. This subject is about the drink created with a syrup/extract. — Rhododendrites talk \\ 16:37, 8 April 2026 (UTC)Reply

Hi! I planned on editing this article for my current class. I wanted to help add more recent references of creditable sources. Along with helping Cite more of these sources where possible due to the lack of citations within the article. With my citations to more recent creditable sources, I plan on in a sense 'bulking up' the leading paragraph. Such as referencing the history behind this drink within the leading paragraph. Any help is more than welcomed! Neptunic Donut (talk) 16:31, 14 September 2026 (UTC)Reply
