Does anyone else remember the performance artists on Club X that attempted Sexual Relations with food? I still struggle with the memory of the naked guy running about whilst in flagrante with the watermelon..

Not completely sure about this but I'm pretty sure I remember a very early performance from rock star Marilyn Manson on Club X. He was a weird thin very pretty kid with long black hair and a scary attitude. - He was doing some kind of avaunt-garde stage show that involved singing (not very well-this was before he had learned how) and throwing real blood and animal parts (ex-abattoir) at his audience. Afterwards he was interviewed and talked about getting a record contract from his friend Trent Reznor - and setting a band - and about selling tee shirts as a business. ..Doing things out of order.. :D
Anyway was wondering if anyone else remembered this? The worst thing was that I had recorded it on videotape but a couple of years later accidentally erased the tape - I wonder if any copies of it still exist out there somewhere or anyone has more information about it. (Ok for a while 7 or 8 years later I became a totally obsessive fan, he he lost that a long time ago.. but still like his old music.) Lucien86 (talk) 23:16, 12 July 2012 (UTC)Reply
