I feel this page is a piece of junk. A solution to this is to give graphic examples for each club. I would do this myself if I could upload the images. Alas, I am not authorized for such a "privilege". ForeverQuixotic (talk) 07:24, 12 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

While I disagree that the article is "junk," I would concur that a picture of each type would be of some value. Surv1v4l1st (Talk|Contribs) 17:48, 26 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Non violent uses?

[edit]

This page seems to focus only on their more modern day usage. Which of course makes sense. Clubs now and essentially have always been used as a weapon. But I would suggest mentioning their non lethal uses. They were commonly used by dock workers and the like to beat rope. In the past I have heard of other uses as well, most of which are now anarchistic. I know this is trivial but I feel it could add a nice touch. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.10.101.186 (talk) 07:16, 8 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

Duplicate page?

[edit]

There is another Wikipedia page called Baton (law enforcement) that appears to duplicate, or at least to overlap with, this page. Thomas.Hedden (talk) 02:53, 13 January 2014 (UTC)Reply
