I didn't think that calling Tom Waits a country music artist was accurate so I changed it to singer-songwriter, as that's what the main TW page calls him, along with "composer" and "actor." The TW page mentions that Closing Time is "country-tinged," which is accurate, and I think there are some country influences in his music, but I don't think "country music artist" is accurate.
