Hi, I have a declared conflict of interest with respect to Fortra, and that extends to related brand pages like Clearswift.

I'd like to request the following two updates to this page:

1. Outdated lead/infobox. The current lead text reads: "The company is owned by Eden Prairie, Minnesota-based HelpSystems." Please replace with:

The company is owned by Fortra, the Eden Prairie, Minnesota-based cybersecurity company that rebranded from HelpSystems in 2022.

Please also update the infobox field "parent = HelpSystems" to "parent = Fortra".

Reference:

HelpSystems rebranded as Fortra in November 2022, so the present-tense "HelpSystems" framing is out of date. The 2019 acquisition by HelpSystems is already covered and sourced in History. Not sure if it's necessary to update the brand in that reference too, I'd defer to the editor's best judgment.

2. Outdated logo. The infobox currently uses a logo file captioned as a HelpSystems logo: File:Clearswift_-_A_HelpSystems_Logo.png

Please remove this, per the same rationale as the first request; if perceived as a current logo, it's misleading.
