Image copyright problem with Image:Final Cut Pro.png

The image Image:Final Cut Pro.png is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. Clapperboard

There's no mention at the clapperboard article of that device ever having been called a clapstick. As there is no material that needs to be merged (it's all at clapperboard already), I propose to simply remove mention of clapperboards from this article. If evidence of such usage is found, then that material with a suitable citation should be added to the clapperboard article, and a simple hatnote added here pointing there.
