Missing citation
[edit]When I cleaned up the bulleted list of cited papers in the references section, I noticed that the source cited for the Performance Index (below) either does not exist or is simply too vague for Google Scholar to find anything meaningful. I put it in ref tags anyway in case someone else manages to find the correct article, since the concept is clearly referenced elsewhere.
