«T’as le bonjour de Jean Moulin!» is more accurately translated "Jean Moulin says hi!", or "hello!" if preferred. One might also defensibly say, "Jean Moulin sends his love!", though this reading diverges from the literal French.
In any case, both of these gibes are common in English and identical to Didier's intent.
