NOT a "Superbowl Champion"

Date of Birth

Highest single game total quarterback rating

I see that the cited source says 99.9 and that the highest number on ESPN's site: NFL Total QBR - All-Time Best Games is 99.8 (twice, Lamar Jackson #6 and Carson Palmer #15). But why is Ben Roethlisberger ranked #1 on that list with a QBR of 99.2?
