State courts as Chapter III courts?
[edit]I've deleted that sentence because the reference stated (Castan and Joseph [2001], p.129) does not support the argument. If I am wrong, please point out roughly where on the page you found the reference to state courts. As far as I can see, the page is headed 3 Separation of Judicial Powers - Commonwealth and talks only about the Interstate Commission and Cth courts. --Sumple (Talk) 09:50, 23 August 2006 (UTC)
