[edit]Just to note that these aren't established as phonemes, though he says they're not in complementary distribution in Table 3. Doesn't establish long vowels either, or even mention vowel length until he needs it for his tone analysis. If we can't trust V length to be accurate, we can't trust his tone assessment.
