Speedy deletions at commons tend to take longer than they do on Wikipedia, so there is no rush to respond. If you feel the deletion can be contested then please do so (commons:COM:SPEEDY has further information). Otherwise consider finding a replacement image before deletion occurs.
Reaction from a random user: these sorts of images should NEVER be copyrighted (and, subsequently, even be 'censored', if you will), at least not in this fashion! Commons FTW (when it comes to resources such as these)!

At the start of the (current; 21 April 2018) article, it says:
"The Bucteri lived between the Ems and Lippe, so they probably west of the Ems.[2]"
- 'Bructeri'? (if so, maybe also hyperlink it again?)
- who is 'they'? (considering the context of this sentence)
- add 'lived' (west of the Ems)?
