Even though it's a weird disambiguation page since there is no actual confusion between multiple uses of the term "cellular memory", the page should still follow MOS:DAB. That means don't indent, don't capitalize "Memory", and don't pipe links. Arguably, I'm not even sure this should be a DAB page, a redirect might be more appropriate since it's not really disambiguating. But it's a judgement call.
