removed unclear text

[edit]

"pour les huit communes créées à la Révolution (d’après l’état d’afflorinement de 1783)" at the end of 1st sentence in last paragraph in 17th/18th century section; there are not eight names Elinruby (talk) 11:17, 6 September 2016 (UTC)Reply

Alfonse I of Provence apparently is Alfonse II of Aragon

[edit]

His father gave him Provence; apparently there had never been an Alfonse there. There is an Alfonse I of Aragon but he is too early, if I am reading this right Elinruby (talk) 16:39, 6 September 2016 (UTC)Reply

Church of St. Thyrse

[edit]

making a decision that this is probably the same thing as the *Chapel* of St. Thyse that for some reason has a separate entry on the list (although not in the French article btw). My reasoning is a) French article only has one, and it is probably the original article about this town in France b) it's an unusual name c) they are both supposed to be in the same village, which doesn't sound big to begin with. But this is just a (very) educated guess, so I am noting it here, although I believe it is correct. Elinruby (talk) 21:24, 22 September 2016 (UTC)Reply
