I have revised the article to attempt to address NPV issues flagged by Nayyn. Specifically: I removed as much promotional and marketing-style phrasing as I could find as per WP:NPOV and WP:PEACOCK. I have also tried to align language with comparable entries for historic camps so that claims are descriptive rather than evaluative. Still more to do I think, but it's a start.
