Does the reactor actually produce weapons grade plutonium?

Al Jazeera is claimed as having said so. But is that true? What did China say? Is the reactor capable in theory of producing weapons grade plutonium, but in practice won't? Or something else? Hobbitschuster (talk) 23:50, 20 November 2021 (UTC)Reply
