[edit]Hello! After thoroughly reading through this article, I wanted to offer some areas I think can be improved. As someone familiar with the impact of CEO succession, I think the article does a good job in addressing the main points of CEO succession broadly, however, if I was unfamiliar with the topic, I would have difficulty grasping the main points. It would be beneficial to the reader if more information was added about the factors that contribute to CEO succession success or failure and the role the BOD plays. Do most successions succeed? What are the biggest risks? Additionally, much of the introduction is not cited. Thank you for considering my thoughts. Kaitlynkorich (talk) 07:51, 23 January 2017 (UTC)
