Use in Flow Cytometry?

I'm wondering if it might be helpful to add a section or paragraph discussing the use of anti-CD86 antibodies in flow cytometry to identify certain cell populations. Where does the 70 kDa size come from? Its uncited in the article. The canonical isoform on UniProt is 37.682 kDa https://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/P42081 --97.113.44.131 (talk) 16:43, 26 August 2021 (UTC)Reply
