CD40 Signaling in Macrophages Section Unclear

The paragraph describing CD40 signaling in the context of macrophage is incorrect with regards to the mechanism and functions of CD40 ligation. CD40 ligation stimulates IL-12 secretion from macrophages, a cytokine which has multiple effects (including stimulation of interferon gamma secretion)^[1].
