a Person named Bryan Miller emailed the US Attorneys office in 2020 and mentioned Jeffrey Epstein,Trump, Ghislane Maxwell and Prince Andrew and claims to know information of a Murder of a Woman in the 1990s that mentioned the previously aforementioned people stated here, and claims to be a victim himself. Miller was found to have been detailed as a person that was being scapegoated in the ciphers from the 2005 SIKIKEY Letter from the Steven Avery investigation, detailing the names of Bernas and Brosso as targets, as well as using information about Meyers and Vicari (Tucson), instructing? in the plans hatched to plant DNA evidence. The previous 2004 Tinsley Letters were also laced with ciphers from the same author, who planted these with the addition of condoms filled with semen at sites surrounding her 1980's murder. They were used to implicate a man named Miller in Indiana for her murder, who has died in prison. www.facebook.com/TeresaHalbach is the page where these ciphers have been archived.
Also to note Forensically, they had accused Miller of killing both Bernas and Brosso from samples collected from their corpses, even though one was found floating in the canal for over 24 hours, in which it is known to dilute any possible samples, meaning that any samples extracted from bodily fluids in this situation cannot possibly produce that type of resulting evidence that is considered scientifically valid for use in an investigation or trial.
Oddly enough one of Trump's gaffes during this affair has been to "Trust The Plan", and coincidentally in the evidence presented about Miller's psychological state was a poem he was said to have written titled, "The Plan". ~2026-27308-40 (talk) 07:51, 6 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
