Smallcaps fail

[edit]

The name is displayed in Latin in the first sentence as "Brvmalia":

Brumalia ([Brvmalia] Error: {{Langx}}: text has italic markup (help), [ˈbruː.maliə] ...

It's in a Smallcaps template call, which should make it

Brvmalia

but evidently the template isn't working inside the language template (Template:lang-la). In lowercase, the "v" is bizarre and wrong.

This is evidently an unknown bug in the Smallcaps template, which already is known to be dysfunctional in some conditions.

  • I've reported it at the Village Pump and asked for help;
  • and I've taken the smallcaps call out of that line
  • and changed the "v" to "u":
    Latin: Brumalia
